Japanese horror stories are the best

And I'll admit, a few of these freak me out by the art and the way they just end like, you see the monster and then BAM next story and you don't know what happened. And I'm the only one in my house righ tnow and my cat enjoys making random noises. 

But then other ones just kill me.

Like this one I just read. There's this guy in his house and he hears something outside, and it's night. So he gets out a katana (yes) and opens the door.

And standing right there, staring at him, is this thing. It kinda looks like a decaying zombie, it's flesh is rotted and falling off in some places. One of it's eyes is missing and the other is blank and staring out from its socket. It's mouth hung open like it didn't have the ability to keep it up anymore. Its right hand seems to be gone, replaced by a garden sickle. 

The monster stares. And then speaks.

"Ah . . . wrong house."

It walks through the wall and disappears.
