Basically based on this he sent me:

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2730 should be kept refrigerated at all times unless being consumed in which case you may set it down until you've had your fill then please put it back.

Description: SCP-2730 is a simple glass cup. Like the kind used to hold fancy assortments of wine. However if a human were to look directly at it the wine glass would immediately fill up to the test subjects deepest carvings for a flavor and even age of a select wine. It has been shown to never end and will constantly fill back up to suite the desires of the human nearest to it. On many occasions it appears germs no longer are on the fancy glass upon setting it down and it also seems to be indestructible when tested and even bombed. On further inspection it also seems to possess the power to keep itself at perfect temperature if the owner and or handler doesn't place it back in time and will empty it self when sensing the human has had its fill of perfect wine. Its rumored to be the best.

At the time of its discovery by the SCP Foundation in a wine cellar supposedly in [DATA REDACTED]. Since forth it had been given as a gift to [DATA EXPUNGED] and then passed down to a very famous deviantart artist.
